Karen was very helpful from explaining their services to visiting my mom when she first went home and follow up visit to ensure the home care is meeting our needs. She also checked in with texts. Her service was outstanding! It’s more than just providing a home caregiver but ensuring that the patient is taken care of and all goes well during the process. Highly recommend her service .
